Retainers are deposited into the client trust account and applied toward investigative services, expenses, and authorized case-related costs.
Payment Terms
Retainers must be received before investigative work begins.
Additional retainers may be required depending upon case complexity and duration.
Expenses incurred on behalf of the client will be billed separately unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Unused retainer funds will be refunded in accordance with the service agreement.
